Appointment Cancellation Policy

To ensure we can serve all our clients fairly and continue to provide quality treatments, we ask that you give us appropriate notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
1. Notice we require

For treatments longer than 90 minutes or higher-value packages (Aura Glass Skin Peel, IS Clinical Prodigy Peel Elite, microneedling courses), we ask for 48 hours notice. The same fee structure applies.
2. How to cancel or reschedule
The fastest ways to manage your appointment:
- Reply to the booking confirmation email from Timely.
- Call us during opening hours on 0450 000 083.
- Send an SMS to the same number.
If you cannot reach us by phone, leaving a voicemail or SMS within the notice window counts as notice given.
3. How fees are charged
Cancellation and no-show fees are charged to the card you used to book, or are debited from any prepaid balance. We will email a receipt at the time the fee is processed.
If you wish to dispute a cancellation fee — for example, where genuine emergency or illness prevented contact — please write to auraskinboutique@gmail.com within 7 days. We review every case on its merits.
4. Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid affecting the next client. The full booked price still applies. If we cannot deliver the treatment safely in the remaining time, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
5. Cancellations by us
In rare cases we may need to cancel or reschedule (illness, equipment fault, emergency). If this happens, we will contact you at the earliest opportunity and offer:
- The next available appointment at no penalty, or
- A full refund of any prepaid balance for that appointment.
We do not pay compensation for travel time or other indirect costs.
6. Pre-treatment requirements
Some treatments require a pre-treatment consultation or specific preparation (e.g. avoiding sun exposure or certain skincare products in the week before). If you arrive unable to receive the treatment because pre-treatment requirements were not followed, this will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
7. Group bookings
For two or more bookings on the same day, please give 48 hours notice for any cancellation. The standard fee structure applies per appointment cancelled.
