Appointment Reminders

You will receive a courtesy SMS reminder 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Should you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you do so at your earliest convenience by replying to the SMS or contacting the clinic directly.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or the full value of your booked treatment.

Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will also forfeit their deposit or treatment value.

Timely Arrival

Please arrive on time and prepared for your treatment. Arriving late may shorten your session or require rescheduling, which may also result in fees or forfeiture of your deposit.
