• Health information relevant to your treatment: skin concerns, allergies, medical conditions, medications, previous cosmetic procedures, pregnancy or breastfeeding status. This is collected only with your consent and only where relevant to providing safe treatment.
• Booking and transaction data: services booked, attendance history, products purchased, payment confirmations (we do not store full card numbers — payments are processed by Shopify Payments, Stripe and our booking provider Timely).
• Website usage data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referral source and similar information, collected through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel for advertising and analytics purposes.
• Photographs, where you provide explicit written consent for before-and-after documentation.

2. How we use your information

We use your personal information to:

• Provide treatments and aftercare safely and effectively.
• Manage bookings, appointments and reminders.
• Process payments and issue receipts.
• Respond to enquiries and provide customer service.
• Send marketing communications, but only where you have opted in. You can opt out at any time using the link in any email.

• Service providers we engage to run our business, including Shopify (e-commerce), Timely (bookings), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, advertising), Meta (advertising) and Klaviyo (email). These providers are bound by their own privacy obligations.

• A purchaser of our business, in the event of a sale.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not transfer your information overseas except via the cloud platforms listed above, all of which operate in jurisdictions with comparable privacy standards.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to enable site functionality, remember preferences, and measure traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some site features may not work correctly. Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel, Google Ads) help us show relevant offers to past visitors. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, interference, loss, and unauthorised access. Electronic records are held on secure servers operated by Shopify and Timely. Paper consent forms are stored in locked storage at our Essendon premises.
