At Aura Skin Boutique, we are committed to providing flexible and convenient service options. To help you plan your treatments with ease, please refer to the validity periods for all prepaid services and gift cards below:

 

 

Prepaid Skin Treatments

All prepaid skin treatments must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. We recommend booking ahead to ensure availability within the validity period.

 

 

Laser Hair Removal Packages

  • Packages of 1–6 sessions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
  • Packages of 7–10 sessions are valid for 18 months from the purchase date.

To achieve optimal results, sessions should be completed within the recommended time frame.

 

 

Gift Cards

Aura Skin Boutique gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of issue, in line with Australian Consumer Law. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

 

 

Please Note

Expiry dates are strictly applied. Unused services beyond the expiry period will be forfeited. For assistance with bookings or expiry questions, please contact our team.
