Where are you located and do you have other stores?

Aura Skin Boutique operates from a single boutique skincare clinic at 154B Keilor Road, Essendon North, VIC 3041. All treatments, consultations, and product pickups happen at our salon. We do not currently operate multiple retail stores or franchise locations.

Do you offer in-store pickup?

Yes. Most products purchased online are available for in-store pickup from our Essendon North salon. Once your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions. Please wait for confirmation before attending the clinic.

Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes. We ship across Australia for eligible skincare products. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on product availability and courier times. Some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers.

Do you offer free shipping or express shipping?

We do not currently offer free shipping on all orders or a separate express shipping option. The fastest and most cost-effective way to receive your order is to choose in-store pickup at checkout. From time to time we may run free shipping promotions — these will be displayed on the website when active.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, Aura Skin Boutique primarily ships within Australia. If you are located outside Australia and are interested in our products, please contact us directly. We can review international shipping requests on a case-by-case basis depending on product type, shipping restrictions, and destination country.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email where tracking is available. If your order is shipped directly from a supplier, tracking availability may vary.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

We primarily operate as a retail skincare clinic and do not currently offer a formal wholesale program. If you are looking to place a larger or special-order purchase, contact us and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Do you have discount codes or promotions?

We occasionally offer seasonal promotions, introductory offers, or treatment bundles. We do not run permanent discount codes. Any active promotion will always be displayed on our website or communicated through our official email and social channels. We do not accept third-party discount codes or unofficial promotional vouchers.

What treatments do you offer?

Aura Skin Boutique offers a full range of professional skincare treatments including HydraFacial, microneedling (including Salmon DNA), advanced clinical peels, laser hair removal, laser skin tightening, LED light therapy, cosmetic tattoo (lip blush, lip liner), eyebrow tinting, lamination, threading, eyelash treatments, and customised luxury facials. How often should I get a facial?

Most clients benefit from a professional facial every 4–6 weeks to maintain clear, hydrated skin and healthy cell turnover. Your therapist may recommend a personalised schedule based on your skin condition and goals.

Do treatments guarantee specific results?

No skincare treatment can guarantee specific results. Outcomes vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, home skincare routine, and individual skin conditions. We always aim to deliver the best possible outcome using professional-grade treatments and personalised care.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling (48 hours for treatments over 90 minutes or higher-value packages). Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee charged to the card used to book. Full details are on our Cancellation Policy page.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on opened skincare products or for treatments that have been performed correctly. Refunds may be considered for faulty or damaged products and in line with Australian Consumer Law. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
