Traditional Fractional CO2 Resurfacing
Fractional CO2 laser treats a fraction of the skin's surface at a time. The laser creates tiny treated zones and leaves the skin around them intact, which helps recovery. As the skin renews itself over the following weeks, texture, fine lines, acne scarring, uneven tone and sun damage can all look better.
What to expect: a consultation first, honest advice about downtime, and aftercare guidance to take home. Some redness and recovery time is normal. Results build gradually as the skin renews.

CoolPeel™ gives you the benefits of fractional CO2 with far less downtime. Treatment time and downtime
Allow 60-75 minutes, which covers your consultation, numbing time and the treatment itself. Expect mild redness, warmth like a light sunburn, and dry or slightly rough skin for a few days. Most people are back to normal activities within 1-3 days, depending on how intensively we treat.
Recommended course
You will usually notice a difference after one session. For longer-lasting results we recommend a course of 3-4 sessions, spaced 4-6 weeks apart, so the collagen response has time to build.
Before your appointment
- Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks
- Stop retinol and exfoliating products 5-7 days before treatment
- Arrive with clean skin
- Let us know if you have active cold sores, skin infections, or are pregnant
Aftercare
- Wear SPF 50+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure
- Keep skin hydrated and avoid active skincare until advised
- Do not pick or exfoliate the skin while healing
- Follow the aftercare instructions your therapist gives you
