What microneedling helps with

It works best on acne scarring, enlarged pores, fine lines and uneven texture. It also helps with early signs of ageing and dull skin, because the new collagen firms and refreshes the surface. It is not a quick fix. The results build over the weeks that follow as your skin rebuilds itself.

What to expect on the day

We apply a numbing cream first, so most people find it very manageable, a light prickling at most. Afterwards your skin will be pink and feel warm, a little like mild sunburn, for a day or two. You can get back to normal the next day, but skip makeup and the gym for 24 hours and leave active skincare off for a few days.

How many sessions you need

Most skin goals need a course of three to six sessions, spaced four to six weeks apart so the collagen has time to build between visits. We map this out with you at the consultation rather than sell you a set number up front.
